Itsumi Katsusaburo (逸見勝三郎)

Katsusaburo ITSUMI (year of birth is not clear - January 29, 1868) was a member of Shinsengumi.

His family name could be Henmi. He hailed from Edo.

He joined Shinsengumi in response to the recruitment of new members that was conducted in Edo in May of 1865. He was listed as a rank-and-file member in the name list that was compiled on July 11, 1867 when Shinsengumi was employed by bakufu (Japanese feudal government headed by a shogun). After fighting the Battle of Toba-Fushimi that started on January 27, 1968, he was killed in the Battle of Yodo Senryomatsu on January 29. He was listed in the name list of Gokonomiya-jinja Shrine.
